FIVE FACTS FROM THE SOURCE (Embedded):
Adam conrad, a major sofware engineer says that through his life hes made a lot of mistakes and has failed a lot, but you must never turn away from what you love because  "the allure of wants is ephemeral – ignoring your needs will destroy you."
According to Adam, at one point was at the end of his ropes. Losing his friends, family, and everyone he held dear as he chasing his dreams and with that he said that"I was stuck. Hopeless. And worst of all, I had lost the people closest to me – perhaps my only regret in life."
Conrad infers that people often quit once they fail and instead of saying people to move on, Conrad says that"Failure can wake you up and force you to find your needs".
Conrad knows that life is never easy and that fighting for your dreams takes time and even if he isn't quite there yet  he is glad to say that "I’m happy to say I’m on my way there. I’m fulfilling my needs one day at a time"
Adam Conrad gives his readers one last piece of advice that has much significance in his life which is "do what you love. Seriously. It may seem like a complete platitude at this point, but I urge you to act now. Life is too short to act tomorrow"

Summary of Source (Three-Four Sentences of the Who, What, Where, Why, and How in your own words. NO OPINION):
The Author Adam Conrad expressives a plethora amount of his personal exprience in his article. He wishes to give life long/ from the heart advice to people in how they should take on their lives and their careers. A person should always fullfil their needs; ignoring them will only add fuel to a fire called your life.

Credibility of Source:
Author or Site: Who is the author? What training have they had? If there is no author, examine the site. What is the purpose of the site? Who funds the site? Admin an annonymous pen name but signifies that she is one of the or the owner of the website/blog.

The Author is Adam Conrad. The purpose of his site is to give insight to everyone who may be lost seeing what they truly want / need.

Attachment: Does the author or site have anything to gain from writing this, or is it simply informative? For example, is it a cigarette business posting an article about the benefit of cigarettes, or is it a scientific community unaffiliated with the cigarette business?

The author simply wishes to inform people that a dream differed is like a festering scab and ignoring this will surely destroy you.

Bias: Do you detect a bias (a favoring of either side) in the author's writing?

This Article is pretty bias in its way. It does show the other side of the argument but doesn't really go into detail on how it could possibly be good.
References: Does the author cite references in the writing? If so, do these add or take away from the credibility?
The author uses his life experiences as his references. These adds credibility to the argument because it shows a POV of a 'common' person like everyone else.

Use of Source: How will you use this source in your project?

I will use this source to show how ignoring your dreams may result to your destruction. A dream is never meant to be kept inside.
